Stafford Betty’s book, The Afterlife Unveiled (Winchester, UK: O-Books, 2011), was written for people who are curious about what happens to them after death. The key to such knowledge, he feels, is not scripture or theological speculation, but mediumship. Two decades of research have taught him who the most reliable spirit voices are: the classical sources, the evidence-based revelations. Though he cannot be certain they are authentic, there are good reasons to think they are, and he covers them in his Introduction. Taken at face value, the vivid experiences of men and women who once walked earth as we do, but now walk a different world as fascinating as ours, are both inspiring and sobering. In the Introduction Dr. Betty explains why he takes these accounts seriously and why the rest of us would be wise to allow ourselves to learn from them.
