Featured on Kern Valley Public Radio on July 5th along with former California Attorney General and current California Congressional Representative Dan Lungren; Chris Cruz-Boone, Faculty in the Department of Communications; and CSUB student Ed Webb discussed the Supreme Courts protection of Video Games first amendment rights. The discussion was in response to California legislation that attempted to ban the sales of violent games. Cruz-Boone argued that video games would be the only media industry other than pornography to be state censored.
