During the  CSUB Hawk Honors Program  five-year program review, the Public Service Institute (PSI) at California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB) agreed to conduct the indirect assessment components of this review. The indirect assessment consists of two segments: a survey of current participants in the Hawk Honors Program and a focus group of 10 to 15 Hawk Honors students designed to explore some of the issues raised in the survey in more depth. The survey report examines the results of the survey, makes recommendations about the Honors program, and suggests questions for the more detailed analysis in the focus group. The focus group report examines the results of the focus group and makes recommendations about the Honors program. Reports (PSI 09-006, 09-007)
